Hunting

  • Authorized Species: the following species are emphasized:
  1. Image of Black Bear hunting

    Big Game: back bear and deer

  2. Small Game: rabbit and tree squirrel
  3. Upland Game Birds: blue grouse, California quail, mountain quail, and Turkey, band-tailed pigeon, and dove
  • Hunting Areas: in addition to land, hunting is allowed at or near Jenkinson Lake and the Mormon Emigrant Trail (tree squirrel and mountain quail)
